Eligibility to Enrol in this Program is:

  1. Must be 18 years and Old

  2. Already doing workout or training for not less than a year (medium to advance training level)

  3. Body fat percentage should be less than 20% as per BIA

  4. Should have normal BMI (whether female or male)

  5. Should be medically fit and free from any disease like diabetes, heart disease or blood pressure

  6. Not for the faint Hearted

  7. Who can sleep on time and can do workout minimum 4-5 days a week and maximum twice per day for 4 days a week if required

  8. Willing to invest in Supplements and Diet
