- We are pioneer in deconstructing any ill health condition or disease from its root. In order to cure any condition, Screening, Assessments and Deconstruction is the first step. If we feel that any other kind of treatment is of help to you recover faster we will guide you for the same. We charge for our expertise, experience and time we are going to invest in you by helping you find the underlying cause through a uniquely structured questionnaires and assessment tools designed by Institute of Functional Medicine and then provide you with a protocols to address ay health issues or conditions
- We work as a guide, a coach, an educator or a partner which will help you to overcome your health issues through lifestyle coaching, educating about nutrition and other holistic modalities which you can use for lifetime. Education is the most expensive thing one can provide regarding your Health, longevity and overall wellness. You will learn about your body systems and your needs from a very different perspective.
- We believe that Food is Medicine and we work around four Pillars of health i.e. Digestion, Sleep, Activity and Nutrition and its our strict belief that by creating a balance among these four will lead to disease free life and longevity. Though Genetics also play role in health but negative expression of any gene can be modulated up to an extent by balancing all the four Pillars of Health
- Don’t expect a miracle and be patient as few people with minor issues respond quickly and people with multiple issues takes time. Initially there can be minor results within first 3-4 weeks like or mostly all of the symptomatic issues start getting resolved in 3-4 weeks time as per our experience with current or past clients
- We treat every human being equally and we respect your religious belief as well. We will not force anyone to eat or consume what he do as per his/her beliefs but we do recommend in cases wherever we find is necessary but it’s totally up to you to discard or accept
- We give Money Back Guarantee within first month of treatment if you think you are not getting results or you are not able to continue within first month of starting the program or any other reason, no questions asked. A minimum 35% will de deducted from the total amount as one time consulting fee and the time we have invested in you in designing your plan
- You are welcome to ask any questions regarding anything during phone consultation or you can write us in mail. The phone call will be of limited period so better you write your questions on paper first and then attend the call. We will try to explain you each and everything in details with logic and facts if you seek so.
- Usually few Supplements will be part of any program you enrol for to cover up deficiencies or for healing purpose instead of medicines (on discretion of physician). It’s our duty to keep you informed about any negative consequences of any medicines or treatments which you can consult the physician and take a consent for the same.
- Fat Loss Programs: We do not believe in short term fat loss plans by compromising the health. We strongly believe in maintaining good health when you are doing Fat loss program unlike other nutritionist or dietician which usually focus on weight loss without any priority to health or finding the underlying cause. We believe that Fat gain is not only a product of eating in excess but it is a metabolic disorder. We focus on metabolic reset by giving body the chance to heal itself by optimising all four pillars of health. You will see once healing starts from within you face, hair and skin starts shining, you feel happy and your Ojas increases. There will be increase in energy levels and you are more calmer than before. The weight loss doesn’t happen in a linear fashion and optimal fat loss during this program is 2-3 kg per month. We do not guarantee any fat loss for unknown reasons. If you are not happy with the program, kindly ask for refund within 40 days of delivery date of plan. A processing charge of 35% will be deducted and rest will be refunded.
- All Programs has a starting date and expiry date. Starting Date means date of receipt of program through email and expires according to your plan chosen which is 3, 6 and 12 months. RH+ will not be responsible for any delay in starting the program from your side. No carry forwards will be possible once the program has been sent to you.
- We don’t guarantee to cure or treat any disease rather we are there to help you and guide in managing the disease along with current on going treatment if any which will help you to recover from the disease or illness in the most safest manner possible with the help of lifestyle and nutritional strategies.
