Kettlebell workouts are excellent for Fat loss. You can use different variations of kettlebell exercises in a circuit fashion and do 12-15 reps for each exercise with no more than 10-15 secs of rest in between. You can take 2-3 mins of rest after completing one circuit. Repeat the circuit 3-4 times.
Don’t forget to do Dynamic workout as explained in previous episode. The order of exercises doesn’t matter but it is advisable to use power movements like cleans or snatches when you are not tired.
