Kettlebell is an excellent tool which can be widely used in strength and conditioning program and can be effectively used in Fat loss program as well. One of the Variation here is KB snatch, an excellent exercise to increase explosiveness and power through this power movement.
– Maintain Deadlift position with back arched
– Torso flattened and almost 30-40% above parallel to floor
– Arms locked, Shoulders directly above arms
– KB in between both feet
Toes slightly pointed outward – When moving up try to keep KB as close to body as possible – Catch KB overhead in catch position
– You can adjust reps, sets and weights according to your end goal
I use it for Fatloss and conditioning purpose by doing 12-15 reps in combined with other KB exercises as a circuit..
